Monika is amazing, authentic and nothing is too much trouble for her. I was very unhappy with my weight and health, I had been trying to loose weight for 10 years! I tried weight watchers, slimming world, hypnotherapy, scarsdale and nothing worked until I started with Monika. I LOST 32 lbs! She was able to tailor every exercise to suit me and target the areas i needed (arms, chest, inner thighs). Its a year and half now since I started with Monika and Iv KEPT MY WEIGHT OFF.
The nutrition was a huge part of changing my lifestyle. I LOVE to eat :-) and I got lots of information in a way I could understand about how the body processes food as well as so many healthy easy recipes and food tips. I feel like I did 20 years ago. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.

Monika's classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights are great. Lots of variety and fun, challenging but achievable, with good stretching afterwards.
