CUPCAKES WITH APPLES AND WALNUTS

It could be a snack for kids or a little treat with your coffee/tea. 😊


3 eggs 4 Tbsp. coconut sugar

5 Tbsp. almond ground 1 Tbsp. ground oats 1/2 Tsp. baking powder 40 g chopped walnuts

2-3 sweet apples (roughly chopped) 2 Tsp. cinnamon

Beat the eggs and sugar until mixture thickens. Mix all dry ingredients together and gently stir into the wet mixture. Then spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases. Put a few pieces of apples covered with cinnamon in each cupcake. Bake for 20 minutes. (160C).
